This public art exhibition presents peoples views on the relevance of the UN Millennium Development Goals in their lives and the actions they are taking to achieve the Goals in their communities worldwide. Produced by what moves you? in 2005 on the occasion of the UN World Summit, it was first displayed at the United Nations, and subsequently at the Aspen Institute, a prestigious think tank, and at other influential academic and cultural institutions.
This installation was made possible with the collaboration of the New York City Parks Department; the developer of 50 United Nations Plaza, Zeckendorf Development, LLC.; and Geto & de Milly, Inc.
