Si no hubiera tanto machismo en México, sería diferente la cosa. Los medios de comunicación tienen mucho que ver, la tele promueve el machismo hacia la mujer. Me inspira la música, pero hay pura música que no habla de nada. La gente no se llena la cabeza de algo que valga la pena. Si los medios de comunicación apoyaran un poco mas a la buena música, la cosa cambiaría.
If there wasn’t so much machismo in Mexico, things would be different. Media has a big impact, with television promoting machismo towards women. Music inspires me, but we hear mostly music that talks about nothing. People don’t fill their heads with anything worthwhile. If the media supported better music, things could change.
