what moves you? was commissioned by the Center for Whole Communities (CWC) to document social justice in the land conservation movement.
Photography by Gala Narezo and interviews and essays by Shamina de Gonzaga are being published by CWC.
The image left features photographs of community supported agriculture, sponsored by the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy in Maryland, an urban farm in Santa Rosa and a nature walk in Sonoma County sponsored by LandPaths in California and farmland preserved thanks to a conservation easement with the Taos Land Trust in Northern New Mexico.
